Concrete Foreman

White's Site Development is seeking experienced  Concrete Foremen  specializing in  flatwork and curb construction .

This role requires dependability, leadership, and the ability to manage crews working on a variety of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments.

Qualifications:

• Concrete experience is required  – must have prior experience in concrete flatwork, curbs, and related tasks.


• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation  to and from job sites.
• Ability to  follow Foreman instructions  and meet daily project expectations.
• Adherence to  dress code and PPE requirements  at all times.
• Strong work ethic and  team-oriented mindset  to ensure high-quality project completion.
• Physical capability  to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compliance with our  Drug-Free Workplace policy .

Schedule & Compensation:

• Work Schedule:  Monday–Friday, typically  7:00 AM – 5:00 PM  (occasional weekends as needed).
