Job Description

We are seeking a replacement pump operator for our forming division. This individual is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of concrete pumping equipment on residential and commercial construction sites. This includes performing daily inspections, setting up and operating pumps, maintaining equipment, communicating with jobsite personnel, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and consistent situational awareness while working around other trades.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Drive the concrete pump to job sites and set up equipment including booms, hoses, and outriggers

  • Operate the pump remotely and control concrete flow for accurate and precise placement

  • Perform pre-trip and on-site inspections to assess hazards and ensure safe setup
