Condo Concierge

Overview

We're looking for a condo concierge for the weekend, every Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm, in a small, quiet building in central Toronto.

Our concierge is the first point of contact for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Assisting residents and guests
• Managing access to the building
• Meeting and logging in and out contractors and service personnel
• Providing information about building rules and policies
• Monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized visitors
• Recording incidents and accidents
• Monitoring our surveillance system
• Patrolling the building and grounds

Qualifications
