Overview
We're looking for a condo concierge for the weekend, every Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm, in a small, quiet building in central Toronto.
Our concierge is the first point of contact for our residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Handling deliveries and packages
- Assisting residents and guests
- Managing access to the building
- Meeting and logging in and out contractors and service personnel
- Providing information about building rules and policies
- Monitoring for suspicious activity and unauthorized visitors
- Recording incidents and accidents
- Monitoring our surveillance system
- Patrolling the building and grounds
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to multitask and prioritize
