Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a terrific Condominium Management client, based in Edmonton who are seeking a dynamic professional Condominium Manager to join their team.

Your new role

The successful candidate must have a RECA Condominium Management License, and will deal directly with the Board of Directors of the Condominiums providing services in accordance with the management contract. They will respond to all queries from the Board and have a detailed understanding of the Bylaws, Rules and procedures of each Condominium Corporation within the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

• RECA Licensed Condominium Manager.
• You will have strong leadership experience and be confident in making decisions and using your own intuition.
