Job Description
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and services.
- Manage and supervise the on-site team (security, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative staff).
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure timely collection of service charges.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with MCST rules, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Attend to residents' enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports for the MCST / management committee.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire safety equipment.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
- Drive initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
