  • Follow standard recipes accurately while contributing creative ideas for new product development
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all items
  • Manage raw materials, ingredients, and inventory efficiently to reduce wastage
  • Operate and maintain baking and confectionery equipment safely and correctly
  • Coordinate with team members for menu innovation and special product launches
  • Handle workload efficiently during peak hours and ensure timely production
