The Metropole Hotel is now seeking a dynamic and motivated Conference and Events Sales Manager to help us elevate our offering even further. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong team in a landmark hotel with a proud history and a vibrant future.


What You Will Do


  • Coordinate and manage a diverse range of events including weddings, conferences and corporate functions.
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences and excellent event execution from initial enquiry to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Central Sales and Marketing Team to receive valuable mentoring and support.
  • Prepare monthly pace reports and provide updates on weddings, conferences and event segments.
  • Contribute new ideas and support continuous improvement across the department.
  • Work closely with a passionate team committed to excellence in hospitality.
