Conference Services Manager

Working within our Conference Services Team, you will be an ambassador for our exceptional offerings at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, liasing between multiple departments to exceed the expectations of your clients!

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in March 2026.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 gross annually, based on previous experience and education

Job Duties Include:

  • Organize convention bookings from date of booking to departure, including meeting requirements, guest room requirements, guest room pickup, food & beverage and audio visual
  • Create floor plans for each event to ensure banquets and clients are in agreement prior to set up
