  • CMDB Management & Maintenance:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CI (Configuration Item) data through audits and reconciliation.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for CMDB.
  • Configuration Management Process Ownership:
  • Define and implement configuration management processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align CMDB data with organizational needs.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to CMDB performance and compliance.
  • Integration and Automation:
  • Lead integration of CMDB with other ITSM/ITOM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Develop and manage automation workflows to enhance CMDB data population and updates.
  • ServiceNow Expertise:
  • Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, modules, and capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise in designing CMDB structures and service models.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and usage metrics.
  • Provide insights to IT and business teams to drive improvements in IT operations and services.
