Job Title: IT Asset & Configuration Management (ITAM & CMDB) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage data quality for IT Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) within the CMDB (ServiceNow)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of asset and configuration data across the full lifecycle
• Maintain a reliable and up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and related configurations
• Govern asset and CI lifecycle activities from onboarding to retirement
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT Asset and Configuration Management policies, standards, and procedures
