Configuration management manager

Position – IT Configuration management manager  

Experience Required: 8+Years.  

Working Days: 5 (Have come to office 7-8 days in a quarter) 

Days a week Shift Timings: 12:00 hrs. - 21:00 hrs. IST 

Qualifications  

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any Discipline  

Mandatory Skills  

• Extensive hands-on experience managing and maturing a CMDB within a ServiceNow platform including in-depth knowledge of ITOM Discovery and Event Management, Service Mapping and embedding into the core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Request) • Experience co-ordinating and managing data policies and ownership, integrating data from other master data sources and IRE • Previous experience introducing ServiceNow CSDM (beyond Walk Stage) and improving overall maturity • Strong ITIL knowledge ideally ITIL v4.0 Foundation Certified • Good base level of Networking and infrastructure knowledge
