The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager (CM) to lead and deliver complex CM activities in support of a high-profile Defence aviation program. This role is critical to ensuring robust configuration control, compliance, and continuous improvement across the MC-55A platform.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide trusted technical expertise and advice to the Program, working closely with Commonwealth representatives, the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), Defence personnel, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving effective CM practices, supporting informed decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve CM efficiency and capability.
