Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities ​

  • Understand current services, CMDB attributes, SACM process, License reconciliation process, discovery​
  • Design the CMDB data model in Marval​
  • Design the service mapping (CI-CI and Service-CI mapping)​
  • Work with Suppliers to get the CI data and ensure the updation of CMDB data​
  • Work with Suppliers to design the SW license management process and reconciliation report​

Skills ​

  • Resource with overall experience of 10+ years working in and delivering a multi-domain service ecosystem (including multi-supplier)​
  • Experience in conducting the CMDB assessment​
  • Experience in design of CMDB and service modeling​
  • Experience in handling the SW License Management including license reconciliation​
  • Hands-on experience on ITSM tool, Discovery tools, SW Asset Management Tools​
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certified
