Lead a high-performance partner delivery team responsible for configuring and implementing Jeppesen’s mission-critical Crew and Operations Management systems. The role ensures complex airline business rules are translated into robust, scalable, and compliant technical solutions, aligned with Jeppesen’s global delivery standards.

• 5+ years of professional experience developing solutions with Python
• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written), able to communicate clearly with global stakeholders
• Strong experience translating business rules into technical logic
• Proven ability to lead or mentor technical teams in complex delivery environments

Valuable / Preferred Experience

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Airline industry experience, specifically in Crew Management and/or Operations Planning
• Hands-on experience with RAVE or similar rule-based / optimization languages
• Experience working directly with clients and end users
• Codebase management using Git, GitLab, GitHub, or equivalent tools
• Development and administration in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of software testing practices
• Exposure to functional programming concepts
