CRM Configuration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CRM configuration specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills and business acumen.

  • Analyze business requirements in the areas of clients & market and customer service.
  • Assist in drafting functional specifications based on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop, configure, and customize our CRM tool (entities, forms, workflows, plug-ins, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have experience with configuring CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), knowledge of integrations via web services (REST/ SOAP), understanding of sales business processes and customer relationship management.
