Job Description Experience:- 5 years.
Technical Skills: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Atlassian software - Jira, Confluence & Service Desk.
Java/XML development skills a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: JIRA/Confluence Developer Roles and Responsibilities
Work with product teams to understand their processes and configure tools to suit their processes.
Expertise in Jira, JSD & Confluence administration with at least 3 years of working experience
Experience building custom workflows , configuring custom post-functions and conditions into workflows.
Experience modifying and building custom Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, Screen Schemes, Custom Fields, and Field Configurations.
Experience in migration of data from external applications to Jira & JSD.
Ability to identify WIP limits
Experience using Jira to automate metric collection at the project level.
