Conga Developer

cvJob Title: Conga Developer

Contract Type: Freelance (6–12 months, with possible extension)

Location: Remote (Latin America hours)

Capacity: Full-time (contract)

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Conga solutions, including CPQ & CLM .
• Proficiency in the Salesforce platform , including custom development, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with data migration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Strong analytical skills to profile, cleanse, and transform large datasets .
• Experience with SQL, data modeling , and scripting languages for custom solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies for extracting data from source systems and loading it into Conga solutions .
• Define and configure data models , build migration scripts , and utilize existing or custom tools for data transformation.
• Implement processes to ensure data is accurately transformed, cleansed, and migrated , maintaining integrity and quality.
• Plan and conduct data validation tests to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Optimize the data migration process for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business users, and technical stakeholders to align migration efforts with project goals.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, user stories, deployment plans , and other relevant documentation.
