The Role:

  • Solve technical issues related to devices and solutions.
  • Analyze data sessions and optimize network performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with employees and customers to resolve complex technical problems. You will also prepare training materials for employees and clients on our products and solutions.


Requirements:



  • Degree in Technical or Engineering field.

  • Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G networks, including authentication methods.

  • Familiarity with software principles, operating systems, computer networks architecture.
