As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for evolving the brand while ensuring excellence in service for clients and consumers. Our client works with various globally recognized projects and brands, and your daily tasks will vary based on the specific project assigned. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing quality service by responding to client inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email

• Demonstrating active listening and showing great empathy in all interactions
