Project: Conservation of Educational Facility
Location: Dublin City Centre
Sector: Conservation
Vickerstock are working with a Main Contractor to appoint a Conservation Site Manager for a key Conservation, Refurbishment & Restoration Project in Dublin City Centre
Your role as Site Manager
Management of on-site Health and Safety compliance
Ensure works are to high standards
Ensure strict preservation of architectural features 
Management of on-site subcontractors
Drive project progression to ensure on-track delivery 
Management of flow of materials, plant and deliveries on site
What you'll need to be successful as Site Manager
Previous Conservation experience is essential
Strong previous Site Management experience 
Full Drivers Licence
Trade background preferrable
