Consolidation Manager

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.
The Consolidation Manager is expected to deliver the following:<

>- Manage the full group consolidation cycle and produce US GAAP financial statements.<

>- Ensure data quality and compliance across subsidiaries.<

>- Improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.<

>- Coordinate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and other corporate teams.<

>- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.<
><
>- Provide financial insights through variance and performance analysis.<
><
>- Support statutory reporting and compliance.<

>- Contribute to M&A, new standards implementation, and other strategic projects.<
