Consolidation Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Consolidation Senior Manager
to join our Group Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial consolidation, preferably gained through at a Big Four accounting firm or one of the top 8 global audit firms.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes for the group
• Ensure compliance with IFRS or local GAAP (as applicable) during the consolidation process
• Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and related reporting packages
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances at the group level
• Support external audits and ensure timely delivery of audit requirements
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of consolidation tools and processes
• Act as a point of contact for consolidation-related queries across the organization
• Collaborate with the FP&A and accounting teams for cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Solid knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of IFRS or US GAAP
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
