Responsibilities: Manage all project documentation for field and office. Create & send out RFP for new projects. Manage take offs and organize vendor bids ensuring accuracy of scope. Complete scope or contract paperwork for project. Assist in product/material purchasing/delivery. Ability to move quick and efficiently in high stress and fast pace environments. Permitting prep, submission, and various recording tasks. Ability to float and take on different tasks as needed to support field and office staff. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, etc. Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to make decisions to ensure deadlines are met.
