Job Description

Our Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations across MAC, ZCON, and MMF. This individual will assist with financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and support sustainable growth across all divisions. The Controller will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and management team, providing insights that shape business decisions and long-term planning.

Financial Strategy

  • Serve as an advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing proactive guidance on financial risks, identifying opportunities, and supporting decisions related to capital deployment.

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning across all divisions.
