This is a key role focused on meticulous documentation, verifying contractor work against project plans and specifications, and ensuring overall compliance and quality control throughout multiple construction phases. We require an experienced, self-motivated professional who can establish work plans, manage project priorities independently, and ensure all project schedules are met.
