We are seeking a Construction Coordinator for our Phoenix office, a key role in supporting project management and operational activities for construction and on-site operations. This position ensures the smooth execution of projects by managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
+ Process contract documents, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and job setup.
+ Create, organize, and maintain project files, contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
+ Establish and close out jobs in Salesforce; create shared drive folders with pertinent information.
+ Maintain weekly payroll entry and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
+ Manage monthly job close-out and retention lists.
+ Set up new hires in accounting and payroll systems, including E-Verify and drug screening.
