The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the construction site, from site preparations to build-out. He/She is able to work independently, is a team player and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams. He works on-site on a rotating or day-shift schedule.
Responsibilities

1. Support coordination across the various disciplines and construction teams to align drawings
2. Support the management of commissioning and testing of components, equipment and systems
3. Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
4. Assess the defects identified during the defects liability period for appropriate follow-ups
5. Supervise subcontractors' work activities

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience ( Renovation )
