  • Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage monthly pay applications, including reviewing, compiling, and submitting applications for payment for key clients.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile construction contract documents, Change Orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams, field staff, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure information flow, status updates, and deliverable accountability.
