Construction Cost Estimator

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research on construction materials, parts, and supplies. You will maintain contacts with vendors, call potential clients and suppliers, and create presentations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will work up to 40 hours per week and get paid weekly.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost estimation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform quantitative surveying to assess project requirements and resources.
• Manage and maintain back-office operations, including documentation and administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for cost tracking and project management.
