Construction Crane Service Engineer - Spain

End-to-End After-Sales Service: Responsible for the full after-sales service process for mobile crane equipment. Perform tasks according to standard procedures, including fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, to ensure equipment uptime and enhance customer satisfaction.
Regional Technical Support: Provide timely response to customers' technical support requests. Coordinate necessary resources to resolve equipment issues promptly, minimizing impact on customer operations.
