Construction Designer / Draftsman

Overview

Interpreting and translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Producing 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and models to support the design and construction processes. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and compliance of drawings. Maintaining and updating design documentation and records. Providing technical support and advice to construction teams on-site. Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing or other Construction Engineering
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English (Verbal and Writing) preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
