Job Description

The Director of Construction is responsible for the operations of IPS’ Construction Management organisation. They focus on the development of staff and the operational performance of the division. Other duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Supports the EMEA Construction Director and leads Construction Management group activities including field services, safety & preconstruction
  • Supports the EMEA Construction Director with the establishment of goals and the development of the annual business plan for the Construction Management group.
  • Periodically monitors performance versus project goals and implements corrective actions.
  • Supports the EMEA Construction Director with the business development functions of the Construction Management group.
  • Supports the EMEA Construction Director with the business development and sales efforts of the Construction Management group.
