SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Construction E&I Supervisor to support a large-scale project . The selected candidate will play a key role in supervising and coordinating Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed safely, to specification, and in line with project schedule and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities across assigned areas and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee E&I subcontractors and site teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with project standards.
- Ensure all works comply with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and site safety procedures.
- Review and follow construction drawings, ITPs, method statements, and work packs.
- Interface closely with construction management, engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor progress, report deviations, and support recovery plans where required.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness, including punch lists and handover activities.
- Participate in site walkdowns, inspections, and coordination meetings.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience as a Construction E&I Supervisor or E&I Supervisor on large industrial projects.
- Strong background in heavy industrial environments such as smelters, mining & minerals, oil & gas, power, or processing plants.
- Solid understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction (cabling, panels, MCCs, field instruments, testing).
- Experience working on EPC / EPCM projects.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders on site.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site supervision, and safety management.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- EU right to work / Spain-based or located in a commutable city to Huelva.
