Tasks
Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the workshop or directly at the client's location. Repairing or re-machining hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical components. Operating machines using remote controls or specialized tools. Collaborating with manufacturers' technical support teams. Completing work orders accurately (complaints, causes, solutions, time required). Training operators on equipment usage. Keeping the inventory of parts up to date in the service truck. Ensuring the safety, orderliness, and cleanliness of the intervention zones. Using technological tools to manage daily tasks (mobile app, tablet, etc.).
