A well-established Commercial General Contractor in Chicago is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. This company specializes in ground-up commercial construction across Office, Healthcare, Municipal, Entertainment, and K-12 sectors, delivering high-quality projects throughout the region.

The Role:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting preconstruction efforts from concept through final bid.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience in Office, Healthcare, Municipal, Entertainment, or K-12 projects preferred
