Permanent Position w/ Full Benefits

Salary: $140,000-$155,000

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of estimating experience with a large commercial GC in a collaborative CM/GC preconstruction environment (no residential/multifamily).
• Ability to run large projects independently as the main estimating POC.
• Strong value engineering skills and ability to present multiple structural/system options.
• Must be comfortable in a collaborative environment and collaborating with other teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with education, churches, or defense projects.
• Experience working from concept sketch through permit drawings.
