Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to assess scope and cost. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop realistic schedules and budgets. Monitor and update schedules as projects progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions. Assist in bid preparation by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential cost and schedule impacts. Maintain accurate records of project schedules, estimates, and change orders. Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project expectations.
