Job Description Job Description An Estimator/Project Manager at Amity Construction Corp. develops bids and cost estimates, oversees budgets, coordinates teams, and manages projects start to finish. A detailed knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site assessment is required, along with strong administrative and communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. This role requires a degree or equivalent experience in estimating and construction management, significant construction experience, proficiency in project management software (i.e. MS Project, Bid to Win and Procore), and strong financial and communication skills. A driver's license, ability to work in office and field, and OSHA 10 safety certification is required.
