Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Estimator (Flooring) at UniCalibre Solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Flooring Professional to support commercial and/or residential flooring projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of flooring materials, takeoffs, estimating, with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate flooring takeoffs and estimates
• Measure and calculate material quantities for various flooring types, including carpet, LVT, tile, hardwood, and specialty flooring
• Analyze project requirements, material costs and waste factors.
