Estimator – Design Build Construction
Location: Streetsboro, OH (Local Travel Required)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000
Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Construction & Bid Preparation
+ Review pre-construction documents for completeness and accuracy.
+ Develop project‑specific scope sheets, bid forms, and bid instructions.
+ Identify, organize, and engage qualified subcontractors for bidding.
Estimating & Cost Analysis
+ Perform on‑screen takeoffs, quantity assessments, and scope reviews.
+ Utilize historical cost data, previous projects, and internal benchmarks to prepare internal estimates.
Design Build Support
+ Understand building systems, constructability, materials, and construction methods.
+ Participate in design assist processes—suggesting details, clarifications, and cost‑effective solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
+ Work closely with clients, vendors, engineers, arc...
