Construction Estimator
The Estimator will work closely with the estimating and preconstruction management team to prepare bids, perform quantity takeoffs, and review project documents. This role is responsible for analyzing blueprints, identifying required materials and labor, and assembling accurate and detailed estimates for various contract types. The position is well‑suited for an early‑career professional who wants to grow into a Lead Estimator role within a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
+ Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and production rates using On‑Screen Takeoff and other tools.
+ Assemble bids and proposals for multiple contract types, including Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus.
