Job Description Job Description Construction Estimator We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bid estimates for a variety of construction projects. This role is responsible for performing detailed quantity takeoffs, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and utilizing takeoff and estimating software to develop complete and well-supported estimates. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. A solid understanding of CSI Divisions is required, along with the ability to estimate all applicable scopes or obtain qualified subcontractor pricing when appropriate.
