JOB DETAILS: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN SITE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner. Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities • Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans • Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers • Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise • Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations • Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints • Site supervision & fit out execution • Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes...
