Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities to meet project objectives. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage contracts, ensure compliance, and liaise with contractors and vendors. Implement safety standards and ensure all construction activities adhere to regulations. Monitor progress and address potential risks or issues proactively. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Ensure quality control and maintain high standards throughout project execution. Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and project managers. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Head should have:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing large-scale property and real estate construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Effective leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
