:Parsons is anticipating a Construction Health & Safety Lead role in Dublin, Ireland. In this role you will lead health, safety, and wellbeing assurance during the construction phase in line with the client’s “Target Zero” objectives, ensuring legal and client compliance and coordinating key stakeholders across all works.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated regulations.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Construction Safety and Health Plan, ensuring it is site‑specific, comprehensive, and communicated.
Review PSDP preliminary plans and verify coverage of high‑risk activities, site protocols, emergency arrangements, and concurrent activities.
Coordinate with contractors on safe systems of work, access control, welfare facilities, and worker competence (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS).
