Location: Worcester (Hybrid - 3 days office-based)
Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) within the Construction / Building Services sector to support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our apprenticeship and vocational programmes.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with awarding organisations and regulatory bodies, supporting assessors and trainers, and maintaining outstanding quality assurance standards. This position requires a strong understanding of assessment principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.
