Construction Laborer

Job Description Job Description We are a small construction company seeking a hard-working and reliable general laborers to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects. Prior experience in construction settings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, follow directions, have good problem solving skills, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Applicants must have the ability to perform heavy lifting of construction materials as well as stand, sit or kneel as needed for extended periods. We offer three (3) paid Holidays per year. After a 90 day probationary you are eligible to accrue PTO, a fourth floating holiday, and other perks based on attendance and performance.
