We’re seeking a Construction Management Professional Associate to be based in Jacksonville, FL and various unanticipated worksites in the U.S.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, including procurement, design, contracting, construction, activation, closeout, and warranty phases. Collaborate with leadership and involved participants to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Review project construction documents and coordinate efforts between all stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and cost impacts.
