Construction Manager

Role Purpose

To oversee, coordinate, and manage all on-site Infrastructure construction activities and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Manager serves as the key point of contact for subcontractors, site staff, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of construction works.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage day-to-day site activities including resources, subcontractors, and materials.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with construction schedules.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
